Brian Maurer – President

Brian Maurer is the proud president of Brian-Kyles, having earned his degree in Landscape Horticulture at The Ohio State University. With a desire to advance his expertise within the landscaping industry, he also became a licensed Ohio Pesticide Applicator. From there, he further developed his passion for beautifying landscapes and remodeling outdoor spaces, which then led him to becoming a Certified Technician in Hardscape and Softscape Installation. Brian has been with the company since 1996 and took over the role of President from his father, Doug Maurer, in 2015.

As president, Brian is deeply motivated by the growth of Brian-Kyles, and he hopes to continue to streamline business operations throughout northeast Ohio and central Indiana. Additionally, customers and coworkers would agree that his strategic planning, customer service, environmental awareness, and sales management skills are what stand out most when overseeing the company.

​When he is not working to make your backyard look pristine, you can still find Brian outside. Whether he’s camping with his family or working on his next design and build project, you can tell that Brian is truly passionate about spending time outdoors.
